# List memory alerts (v2)

> List active Memory alerts (up to 50) about review trends such as approval-rate drift using the Velt v2 REST API to surface proactive notifications in your app.

Use this API to list active Memory alerts (capped at 50). Alerts are proactive notifications about review trends, e.g. an approval-rate drift.
